Die \u201eModellgussprothese\u201c wird normalerweise benutzt, wenn der hintere Bereich des Mundes zahnlos ist<\/strong> und es nicht m\u00f6glich ist, ein Implantat wegen zu gro\u00dfen Knochenmangels einzusetzen oder eine Br\u00fccke wegen der ungen\u00fcgenden Pfeilerz\u00e4hnen zu schaffen.<\/p>\n

Diese Prothese zeichnet sich durch eine Metallstruktur aus, die aus einer d\u00fcnnen Schicht besteht die dazu dient, die Prothese zu verst\u00e4rken<\/strong> und deren Stabilit\u00e4t zu erh\u00f6hen<\/strong>, indem sie sich gegen den Gaumen oder unter den Schneidez\u00e4hnen lehnt. Ein Bestandteil dieser Prothesen sind Harzelemente, auf denen die k\u00fcnstlichen Z\u00e4hne montiert werden; diese Harzteile sind eigens geschaffen um auf das zahnlose Zahnfleisch gelegt zu werden und die Kaukraft auf dieses zu \u00fcbertragen.<\/p>\n

Die Modellgussprothese sieht zwei verschiedene Befestigungen vor:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • die Prothese wird an noch vorhandene Z\u00e4hne durch d\u00fcnne aber sichtbare Haken befestigt;<\/li>\n
