Hier hingegen, wird nur <strong>eine kleine \u00d6ffnung ins Zahnfleisch mit einem kreisf\u00f6rmigen Skalpell<\/strong> f\u00fcr Weichgewebe (\u201eRundskalpell\u201c) gebohrt; dann wird, ohne den Knochen freizulegen, die Eingriffszone vorbereitet, in die man das Implantat einpflanzen will.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2394\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2394\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2394 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.studiobianconi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/implantologia-flapless.jpg\" alt=\"Flapless Technik Implantat Implantologie Studio Bianconi Zahnarzt Bolzano\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2394\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Die Flapless Technik ist weniger invasiv und vermindert den Blutverlust. Auch nach der Operation beschr\u00e4nkt sie die Komplikationen und verk\u00fcrzt den Heilungsprozess.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diese Technik <strong>kann man f\u00fcr den vorderen (Schneide- und Eckz\u00e4hne), sowie f\u00fcr den hinteren Bereich (Pr\u00e4molare und Backenz\u00e4hne) anwenden<\/strong>, f\u00fcr einzelne Imlpantate, f\u00fcr die teilweise und komplette Rehabilitation eines Zahnbogens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Flapless-Technik ist <strong>sehr vorteilhaft<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Eingriffsdauer durchschnittlich k\u00fcrzer im Vergleich zu den traditionellen Methoden;<\/li>\n<li>Minimalinvasiv;<\/li>\n<li>Verminderung post-operativer Schmerzen und Schwellungen;<\/li>\n<li>Schnellere Heilungsphase des Zahnfleisches;<\/li>\n<li>Knochen wird nicht freigelegt;<\/li>\n<li>Wunde muss nicht vern\u00e4ht werden;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durch eine R\u00f6ntgenuntersuchung (<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Computertomographie\" target=\"_blank\">intraorale und Panoramar\u00f6ntgenaufnahme<\/a>) ist die horizontale Knochenh\u00f6he nicht ersichtlich; aus diesem Grund ist eine Computertomographie erforderlich, um sicherzugehen, dass im k\u00fcnftigen Operationsgebiet eine <strong>ausreichende Knochenh\u00f6he<\/strong> vorhanden ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deshalb <strong>ist die Flapless-Technik oft mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Computerassistierte_Chirurgie\" target=\"_blank\">computergef\u00fchrten Chirurgie<\/a> verbunden<\/strong>, welche es dem Chirurgen erm\u00f6glicht, die korrekte Positionierung des Implantats am Computer, direkt durch die CT-Bilder, zu simulieren; so wird eine chirurgische Schablone geschaffen, die die Einpflanzung des Implantats
