Dieser Vorgang wird auch <strong>vorbeugend eingesetzt<\/strong> (<strong>\u201eSocket Preservation\u201c<\/strong>) um den Hohlraum, der von den entfernten Zahnwurzeln nach einer Zahnextraktion zur\u00fcckbleibt, zu f\u00fcllen und Knochenschwund zu vermeiden. <strong>Die Knochenregeneration (auch GBR genannt \u2013 Growth Bone Regeneration)<\/strong> wird vom Zusammenspiel zwischen dem Blut der Eingriffszone und dem eingef\u00fcgten Material ausgel\u00f6st. Dank dieser Technik ist es heute m\u00f6glich Implantate in Kieferbereiche einzuf\u00fcgen, die ansonsten als hoffnungslos betrachtet w\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2397\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2397\" style=\"width: 240px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2397\" src=\"https:\/\/www.studiobianconi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/innesto-osseo-particolato_278526389-e1438957349889.jpg\" alt=\"Knochentransplantation autologe allogene Implantat socket preservation Knochenh\u00f6he Knochendicke Knochenzspan Knochenblock Zahnfach Studio Bianconi Zahnarzt Bolzano\" width=\"240\" height=\"302\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2397\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Knochentransplantationen werden zur Bewahrung und Erh\u00f6hung des Knochenniveaus nach einer Extraktion verwendet.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der Knochenschwund (<strong>Knochenatrophie<\/strong>) kann durch Zahnverlust hervorgerufen werden, welcher wiederum auf akute <strong>Zahnfleischerkrankungen<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.studiobianconi.it\/de\/zahnaerztliche-dienstleistungen-behandlungen\/parodontologie\/\">Parodontitis<\/a>), chronische oder degenerative (Parodontose) zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist, sowie auf <strong>Infektionen\u00a0<\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Abszess\" target=\"_blank\">Abszesse<\/a>), verschiedene <strong>Verletzungen<\/strong> (Zahnbruch, <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Granulom\" target=\"_blank\">Granulombildungen<\/a>), <strong>Mundkrebs<\/strong> oder Tumoren anderer Bereiche, oder <strong>weitere Erkrankungen<\/strong> wie <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diabetes\" target=\"_blank\">Diabetes<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Osteoporose\" target=\"_blank\">Osteoporose<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Osteopenie\" target=\"_blank\">Osteopenie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je nach Knochendefekt, unterscheidet man zwischen drei Transplantation-Klassen:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>vertikale Transplantation (Wiederherstellung der urspr\u00fcnglichen krestalen H\u00f6he);<\/li>\n<li>horizontale Transplantation (Wiederherstellung der Knochendicke zwischen Innen- und Au\u00dfenseite);<\/li>\n<li>gemischte Transplantation (Kombinierung der beiden vorherigen);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transplantationen sind immer mit der Positionierung einer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.studiobianconi.it\/de\/zahnaerztliche-dienstleistungen-behandlungen\/implantologie\/materialien\/membranen-implantate\/\">Membrane <\/a>verbunden, welche <strong>die Zone die zur Regenerierung bestimmt ist, eingrenzt und sch\u00fctzt, bis die Regenerierung vollendet ist (6-8 Monate)<\/strong>; so kann das Zahnfleisch, das schneller als Knochen nachw\u00e4chst, nicht in das Operationsgebiet dringen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Die Wahl der einzuf\u00fchrenden Knochen (Knochenspan oder Knochenblock) und der Membranen (resorbierbar oder nicht resorbierbar)<\/strong> wird je nach Ausgangssituation des Patienten und Eingriff getroffen.
